Bay Cities employs an outstanding team of professionals to lead our organization. Our experienced leaders currently are paramedics or EMTs themselves and have a passion for, and intensive knowledge, of EMS.
TIM NOVOTNY, GENERAL MANAGER
Tim Novotny has been employed by Bay Cities since 1996. He began as a Paramedic and has worked his way up the ranks, working first as the sole Field Training Officer before being promoted to Supervisor. In 2006 Tim became our General Manager. Tim continues to expand his knowledge by attending training seminars across the country. Tim is a proud graduate of the prestigious Ambulance Service Managers Program.
JENNALYN FORD, COMMUNICATIONS CENTER MANAGER
Jennalyn Ford started her career at Bay Cities in 2002, promoted from dispatcher to Communications Center Manager in 2007. Jenn is active in Coos County committees on Emergency Preparedness and is the EMS representative for several committees focusing on Health Care Preparedness. Jenn graduated from the Ambulance Managers Program in 2008.
